Dr. Nikita Pradhan

Nikita is an animal health professional with years of experience studying various animals and domestic breeds. She is passionate about animal welfare and has an advancing background in veterinary medicine. Nikita has held the position of 'Doctor of Veterinary Medicine' at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) in Mumbai. Nikita is responsible for any future assistance to the caracal conservation project regarding rescue, treatment and rehabilitation of caracals. Furthermore, in the event that a breeding facility opens for ex-situ conservation, she would be offered the position of the lead incharge of the facility, demonstrating her commitment to the preservation of this remarkable species and veterinary sciences.

Dr. Madhura Agashe 

PhD, Phylogenetic and Biogeography of Species

Dr. Madhura is a highly educated individual and a Ph.D scholar having immense knowledge in the field of population genetics of various species. For the project, Madhura plays a crucial role in providing any genetic information related to Caracal lineage and evolution. Her expertise extends to assisting with any scientific publications that may be needed for the project. She has a deep knowledge of her field of study and is committed to conducting research that contributes to scientific advancements.
